Electrical Forman/Superintendent

Established Electrical Contractor looking for Electrical Forman/Superintendent with State Journeyman or Masters License including Commercial/Residential experience to join our team, must be a self-starter and someone that takes pride and ownership in their work!

Electrical supervisors are experienced electricians who lead, motivate, monitor, and oversee a team of electricians to ensure they produce quality work. They provide technical guidance regarding the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of projects.
  • Plan/organize/direct labor and materials to meet customer schedules.
  • Ensure all installations meet/exceed electrical code standards.
  • Foster relationships with customers, inspectors, and peers.
  • Ensure adherence to standards of quality, safety, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Active State Journeyman or Master Electrician's License.
  • Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and OSHA safety standards.
  • Experience managing crews, material cost control, and scheduling.

Compensation:

A strong total compensation package will be offered and is Negotiable depending on experience. We offer vacation and holiday pay along with Health and Dental Insurance.
